A 33-year-old car wash in Temecula was sold for $ 6.05 million, according to Progressive Real Estate Partners.
Why so much, you will ask me? You cannot buy a fresh scrub for your ride on Amazon.
Rancho Car Wash, which opened at 27378 Jefferson Ave. in 1988, offered the usual full-service washing and detailing services, as well as an oil and lubrication center. Nearby retailers include Food 4 Less, TJ Maxx, Dollar Tree, Starbucks, and Jack in the Box.
“Prime location car washes continue to be in high demand and the excellent location adjacent to the highway, and over 30 years of operation, have made this car wash particularly attractive to the buyer.” , said Victor Buendia of Progressive Real Estate Partners. “Not only are car washes a resilient use of the internet, they generally generate strong cash flow and have proven to be resilient regardless of the economic environment. “
Buendia represented the buyer and seller, unidentified Los Angeles County-based investors.
