The notes will expire on August 31, 2026. Tickets should be issued on or around August 19, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.

The Company intends to use the proceeds from the sale of the Bonds for general corporate purposes, including capital replenishment following the repayment of up to 40% of its Senior Secured Bonds at 11,500. % maturing in 2025 and the refinancing of future debt maturities.
